Our internal strategy workshops help you take a good, hard look at your business. We look at your products and services, your marketplace and your competitors. Then we start helping you to see your position in the world around you – a process that can often bring up details that have been neglected for some time.
This is more about seeing yourself as others see you. Using focus groups, we can get some idea of what your market would think of proposed or actual changes. The outcomes from these groups, whilst not always statistically accurate, can give important clues on how to proceed. We can take the principle further using large-scale surveys and market research, with more accurate and reliable information coming from the larger sample sizes involved.
